Hudson Valley Seed Company is a small, independently-owned seed company that's dedicated to preserving heirloom and open-pollinated seed varieties. Based in Accord, New York, their mission is to celebrate and promote diverse, regionally-adapted seeds that are ideally suited for organic farming and home gardening. Their seed offerings include a wide range of vegetables, herbs, flowers, and grains, many of which are sourced from local farmers and gardeners.

The Karma Sauce Company is dedicated to providing delicious food. Food that is good for you and a delight to your senses. When our first homemade batch of Karma Sauce was prepared for our group of locavores, the question wasn’t “Can we produce this?” but “How can we not?”

They prep all their own products  and grow most of their own veggies (especially peppers) on the Karma Sauce Farm. Most everything else comes from within 50 miles. We keep our eye on quality every step of the way. All of our award winning products are gluten-free, wheat-free, soy-free, dairy-free and preservative-free.

Olivelle was founded in 2006 as a specialty food retail store in Bozeman, MT by the mother and daughter team of Michelle & Brie. After becoming frustrated with the lack of quality and consistency available in the infused oil and vinegar category, they began playing around with their premium quality oils and vinegars that were traditionally only sold uninfused.

Today, Olivelle produces over 100 high quality products including olive oils, vinegars, spice blends, and artisan salts. Built around the motto “The Art of Flavor” our goal is to evoke a passion for great tasting food that is approachable and easy. We want to inspire everyday delicious, healthy, easy meals that bring friends and families to the table.
