A delicious Pesto with a sweet and slightly spicy taste, perfect as a condiment for pasta but also to enrich main courses and as an appetizer on croutons and bruschettas.


Recommended types of pasta with Pepper and Ricotta Pesto:

  • penne rigate
  • caserecce
  • farfalle
  • rigatoni
  • spaghetti


Use 100g of Pesto for every 500g of pasta and add extra virgin olive oil as needed.



Olive oil, peppers, sundried tomatoes, ricotta cheese, salt, whey, pecorino cheese , rice flour, basil, vinegar, oregano, red hot chilli pepper, lactic acid


Store it at room temperature. Once opened, keep it refrigerated and topped with oil up to 15 days.
