A light and fruity pasta to be served with seafood and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, dried basil, water


Feta, Shrimp, and Snow Peas with Spinach Angel Hair

Serves 4 to 6


  • 12 oz. package Spinach Angel Hair

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1 cup chicken stock

  • 1/2 lb. feta cheese

  • 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 1 lb. fresh shrimp, peeled, and deveined

  • 6 oz. fresh or frozen snow peas


In medium sized bowl combine oil, chicken stock, crumbled feta cheese, and black pepper. Mix well. 

Crush garlic in a press, add to feta sauce, and set aside. 

Cook pasta in salted, rapidly boiling water for 2 minutes.

Add shrimp, frozen snow peas to cook with pasta for the last minute of cooking. 

Drain pasta, shrimp, and snow peas. Place in a large bowl and toss with the feta sauce. 


This dish can also be tossed with pesto in place of the feta sauce, if you prefer.
